Hi @John Moore! While I was doing some research on this, I landed on recent Docker Desktop release notes:
https://www.docker.com/blog/docker-desktop-silent-component-updates/. It appears Docker Desktop is now already taking care of this automatically in the background. Is also looks like there is support to manage these settings using the
silentModulesUpdatekey:https://docs.docker.com/enterprise/security/hardened-desktop/settings-management/configure-json-file/#general-settings
Are these the components you are referring to? Is this perhaps the better way to auto-update the components?
